Giant hosta with intense blue/green leaves when they emerge in spring that turn shiny dark green by mid-summer. Leaves are round, cupped and corrugated and at maturity, very unruly and massive. Slow grower but worth the wait. Slug resistant too! This is what Fran calls a kitchen sink hosta. Instead of doing the dishes, you can hide them all under this one! Who wants to do dishes instead of playing in the garden anyway? Mike and Fran's favorite!
